بيان جماعة الدعوة والإصلاح حول احتجاجات ینایر 2026 في إيران

مرَّ أكثر من عشرة أيام على انطلاق جولة جديدة من الحركات الاحتجاجية التي ينظّمها مواطنون واعون ومطالبون بحقوقهم المدنية، وتتخذ هذه الاحتجاجات أبعادًا مختلفة يومًا بعد يوم.

وإننا في جماعة الدعوة والإصلاح إذ نؤکد على حق المواطنين في القيام بالاحتجاجات السلمية، نقدم بخالص تعازينا لأسر الضحايا الذين سقطوا في الاحتجاجات الأخيرة، فإننا نری من الضروري التركيز على النقاط الآتية:

1- كما أكدنا مراراً، فإن تحقيق مستقبل يفي بمعايير التنمية والازدهار يتطلب مجتمعًا مدنيًا فاعلًا ونشطًا وحريةً لعمل الأحزاب الحقیقیة المنبعثة من واقع الشعب الإيراني. إن وجود هذه الأحزاب وحرية عملها يُشكلان أساسًا لحوار وطني بنّاء، ويُسهم في حل الجمود، ويعزز نمو المجتمع وازدهاره. لقد حظيت بلادنا بفرص قيّمة خلال العقود الأربعة الماضية،  وكان يمكن لكل منها أن يكون نقطة انطلاق لتقليص الفجوة بين الدولة والشعب، ووضعها على مسار التنمية المتوازنة والمستدامة.

2- كما أكدنا في البيان الصادر إبان “حركة مهسا أميني” في عام ۲۰۲۲م، نؤكد مرة أخری أنه انطلاقًا من منهجنا الأساسي، نرفض أي نوع من أنواع العنف، سواء كان فكرياً أو عملياً، ونؤمن بأن الحفاظ على أرواح المواطنين هو من أهم وأبسط واجبات الحكومات وأكثرها وضوحًا. وأن الحفاظ على الأمن واحترام حق الحياة، وفقاً للمبادئ الأخلاقية والإسلامية والقانونية، يُعدّ واجباً أساسياً وطبيعياً للسلطة الحاكمة. كما أن تقديم الخدمات الطبية والعلاجية لأي جريح، لا يمكن أن يتحقق إلا في بيئة هادئة، بعيدة عن التوتر والصراع. وبالتالي فإن انتهاك حرمة المستشفيات والمراکز الصحية تحت أي ذريعة يعد أمراً غير مقبول.

3- إن ما دفع المواطنين مجددًا إلى ساحة الاحتجاج اليوم، هو تفاقم المشاكل والإخفاقات والقصور في معالجتها مما زاد من تعقيداتها، إضافة إلى غياب الحلول العقلانية والعلاج الملائم في الوقت المناسب. إن الفساد الاقتصادي، والمحسوبية والمحاباة، والتضخم، وغلاء الأسعار، والبطالة، والإخفاق في العديد من المجالات، بالإضافة إلى غياب سياسات فعّالة لبِناء علاقات بنّاءة مع العالم، قد وضع البلاد في قلب أزمة هيكلية متعددة الأبعاد. ولا يمكن، باستخدام الأدوات المتبعة حالياً التوصل إلى حلول مطمئنة تعيد الهدوء إلى الشعب علی المدی القصير.

4- ان نهوض وازدهار إيران الحبيبة يتطلبان نهجًا مختلفًا، والإصرار على السياسات التي ثبت فشلها يعد ظلماً على إيران والإيرانيين الذين يستحقون حياة أفضل. إن الوقت قد حان لاتخاذ قرارات عقلانية وأخلاقية وشجاعة، فإن الغد قد يكون متأخراً.

Statement of the Call and Reform Organization on the Occasion of the January 2026 Protests in Iran

More than ten days have passed since the beginning of a new wave of protests by conscientious and demanding citizens. Each day, the scope and scale of these demonstrations expand. The Call and Reform Organization, while affirming the right of citizens to peaceful assembly and expressing condolences to the families of those who have lost their lives, deems it necessary to emphasize the following points:

1. As we have repeatedly stated, achieving a future that meets the standards of development and prosperity requires a dynamic civil society and the fearless activity of political parties rooted in the nation. The existence and freedom of such parties can create the foundation for constructive national dialogue, break political deadlocks, and foster societal growth and prosperity. Our country has missed valuable opportunities over the past four decades, each of which could have been a starting point for bridging the gap between the state and the nation and setting Iran on a path of balanced and sustainable development.

2. As outlined in our 2022 analysis of the Mahsa movement, we reiterate our core principle: we oppose all forms of violence, both in thought and action. We believe that protecting citizens' lives is among the most fundamental duties of any government. Ensuring security and safeguarding the right to life, in accordance with ethical, Islamic, and legal standards, is an inherent responsibility of those in power. Furthermore, providing care and treatment to every person in need is only

 possible in an environment of peace, free from tension and conflict. Therefore, violating the sanctity of hospitals and similar institutions under any pretext is unacceptable.

3. The current protests are driven by the accumulation of unresolved problems and systemic inefficiencies. Due to a lack of rational solutions and timely intervention, these issues have grown increasingly complex. Rampant corruption, nepotism, favoritism, inflation, high prices, unemployment, and institutional incompetence—compounded by ineffective approaches to constructive global engagement—have ensnared the country in a multi-layered structural crisis. The prevailing, tired methods offer no horizon for reassuring solutions or for restoring peace and stability to the nation in the near term.

4. The vitality and prosperity of our beloved Iran demand a different path. Persisting with methods whose failure has already been proven is a disservice to Iran and Iranians, who deserve a better life.

Let us seize this moment with rational, moral, and courageous choices, for tomorrow will be too late.
